The speakers for this webinar are: 

Carolina Marzano: Lawyer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Post-Graduated by the Superior Law School of OAB/SP in Intellectual Property and Specialized in Compliance and Compliance Management by INSPER – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. She is currently the Compliance Officer and General Coordinator of Committees and Working Groups at ABES – Brazilian Association of Software Companies.

Thiago Luís Sombra: partner at Mattos Filho law firm in Corporate Compliance and Ethics, Technology and Infrastructure. He served as São Paulo State Attorney before the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and Superior Court of Justice (STJ), and as an advisor to the STJ minister. He is currently a professor of law at the University of Brasília (UnB), member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and of the Global Committee on Digital Economy of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals with CIPP/Europe and author of the book 'Fundamentals for the Regulation of Privacy and Personal Data Protection' (2019), published by the Revista dos Tribunais (Thomson Reuters).

Thiago Jabor Pinheiro: partner at Mattos Filho law firm in the practice of Compliance and Corporate Ethics. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate ethics matters, with a focus on internal investigations, government investigations, and corporate crisis management. He has experience in coordinating internal investigations under the supervision of boards of directors and audit committees, representing clients before public bodies, conducting audits and analyzing risks in mergers, acquisitions and public offerings, and structuring and implementation of anti-corruption and anti-money laundering compliance policies and procedures. He is a member of the Ethics in Governance Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, and has worked as a foreign attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York.
