Entrepreneurs who want to participate in the largest startup acceleration program in Latin America will have until March 16th to sign up
InovAtiva Brasil, the largest startup acceleration program in Latin America, has open enrollment for its first edition in 2020. Entrepreneurs looking to connect with the market and investors must register on the program's website by 03/16. Up to 160 startups will be chosen, from anywhere in Brazil, in the operational and traction stage, to develop innovative solutions in products or services.
“When selected to participate in the program, the startup receives mentoring, online and distance training, pitch workshops and participates in the InovAtiva Experience, an event to close the acceleration cycle that enables the connection of entrepreneurs with the innovation ecosystem, including investors , accelerators and large companies. It is a robust program that offers the necessary support for the company's growth”, highlights Sebrae's Innovation Manager, Paulo Renato Cabral.
To participate in the program, the company must present CNPJ registration and have the first sales already made or a growing user base. The selection will be made by a network of qualified evaluators who will analyze the submitted projects in four dimensions: Degree of Innovation, Degree of Maturity of the Company, Maturity of the Solution and Team.
“Our goal with InovAtiva Brasil is to promote the connection of startups accelerated by the program with business opportunities in the private market for the generation of qualified jobs and income in all regions of the country”, says Gustavo Ene, Secretary of Development for Industry, Commerce, Services and Innovation of the Special Secretariat of Productivity, Employment and Competitiveness of the Ministry of Economy.
The ecosystem today, bridge to the Brazil of tomorrow
In order to generate identification and belonging, in addition to an immersive experience, InovAtiva Brasil will have “The ecosystem today, a bridge to the Brazil of tomorrow” as the theme of the 2020.1 cycle. It will highlight the importance of nurturing the Brazilian ecosystem of innovative entrepreneurship and venture capital to optimize demand and increase the chances of success in investments obtained.
To help entrepreneurs across the country looking to grow their businesses, the program will offer individual and collective mentorships, online and in person; specialized training content; possibility of connecting with large companies; in addition to visibility and recognition through the possibility of presenting the solution to investors, private accelerators and executives from large companies.
Startups that complete all stages of the acceleration process, including participation in the InovAtiva Experience, the closing event of the cycle, will receive exclusive benefits, such as discounts on products, services, membership fees and participation in events.
About InovAtiva Brasil – O InovAtiva Brasil is a free program for accelerating innovative businesses in any sector and region in Brazil, carried out by the Ministry of Economy and the Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae), with the execution of the Fundação Centros de Referência em Tecnologias Innovadoras (CERTI) . The program offers mentorship, visibility to startups and connection with investors, large companies and partners.
