This month's opportunities cover areas such as administration, agronomy, marketing, advertising, chemistry, engineering, mechanics, computer science, mathematics, accounting, economics, business management, pharmacy, biology, statistics, physics, psychology, among others.
The application deadlines and the registration link are at Inova Talentos website.
“Innovation arises from an idea with high market value, and these ideas only arise from the connection between academic knowledge and the productive sector. Therefore, it is important that scientific research be developed and applied in companies, as this is a fundamental factor for national growth and advancement. The main objective of Inova Talentos is to create bridges for this connection”, says IEL superintendent Paulo Mól.
About Inova Talentos
Through Inova Talentos, IEL recruits, selects and trains professionals in partnership with the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and with the Institute of Technological Research (IPT). The contract with the partner research institution, in the case of both CNPq and IPT, allows participants to work on the project for at least 12 months, with the possibility of being extended for another year.
In more than a decade, around 3,000 professionals have received grants and invested more than R$148 million in projects. In the first half of this year alone, the program had 262 new researchers. In the same period, 154 grant holders were hired by the companies where they were developing projects.
