Ingram Micro Brasil announces the entry of TeamViewer solutions, a global company in remote connectivity technologies with Augmented Reality and Internet of Things resources, in its Cloud Marketplace.

The partnership is part of the global distribution agreement signed between the two companies and aims to empower the digital workforce by offering TeamViewer solutions for secure remote access, support, control and online collaboration in real time to the largest number of people in different regions of the planet.

“The coronavirus crisis potentiated the large-scale adoption of remote work - which had already stood out in recent years as a new and exciting work model for the integration and productivity of teams and employees, often separated thousands of kilometers away”, he says. Finn Faldi, President of TeamViewer Americas. “The distribution agreement with a partner of great credibility worldwide like Ingram Micro will certainly promote a significant increase in the projection and capillarity of TeamViewer technology in different markets, helping employees and their customers to remain productive today, during the crisis, but also in better days to come ”.

Flávio Moraes Junior, Director of Cloud and Digital Solutions at Ingram Micro Brasil, also celebrates the partnership and goes further. "The entry of TeamViewer products to the Ingram Micro Cloud cloud portfolio arrives at a very good time", says the executive. "It is a great opportunity to access the necessary tools so that companies can maintain their activities and not stop once and for all in the current crisis scenario".

Availability & Commercialization

Ten TeamViewer solutions are already available in Ingram Micro's cloud sales catalog, with a focus on technologies:

- Secure remote access and support (which allows system administrators to access remote servers securely, from anywhere, without the need for VPN - Virtual Private Network for simultaneous connection of computers and mobile devices from external locations)
- Centralized remote monitoring and management (to manage, monitor, track, correct, back up and protect computers, devices and software - all from a single platform);

The TeamViewer Pilot platform, for fast, efficient and safe collaboration for training, problem correction and remote assistance using Augmented Reality for repairs and maintenance of devices and machines, also integrates the portfolio, in addition to the Blizz solution for videoconferencing and video calls with screen sharing for instant or scheduled meetings for groups of up to 300 people.

The sales model via channels will be by annual subscription and the products will be distributed through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace (https://br.cloud.im), which will allow resellers of IT Technical Services to centralize and optimize their purchasing, provisioning, management and billing services processes with Invoice in local currency (Real) and taxes in the cloud.

For Gabriel Tosto, Head of Channels for TeamViewer Brazil and Latin America, the offer of TeamViewer products along with other items and vendors through Ingram Micro's marketplace cloud platform is an important step in the expansion process of the German company in Brazil, in addition to promote agility and a significant increase in performance, productivity and operational effectiveness to TeamViewer resellers.

The distribution agreement between TeamViewer and Ingram Micro also includes training, assistance and support for the entire network of channels.
