Ingram Micro Brasil, a subsidiary of one of the world's leading IT distributors, has just announced a partnership with Genesys, a global reference in solutions, software and services for contact centers and customer service, to exclusively distribute omnichannel solutions in Brazil. for contact centers and the Genesys customer experience, focusing on PureCloud®, a platform designed for the cloud and ideal for communicating with customers.
