Agreement involves all software for infrastructure of the Korean multinational

Ingram Micro Brasil, a subsidiary of the world's largest IT distributor, has just signed an unprecedented agreement with TmaxSoft, a Korean multinational specialized in providing software for infrastructure. The agreement includes the distribution in Brazil of the entire TmaxSoft corporate line, which includes database management and Big Data Tibero (RDBMS) solutions, the web application server (JEUS®) and the web server (WebtoB®), solutions for mainframe re-hosting (OpenFrame®) and application performance management (Sysmaster®).

Ourthe products need specialized partners who understand the sales and delivery model, and, above all, are able to successfully execute a pre and post-sales process”, Says Alexandre Torres, CEO of TmaxSoft in Brazil. “We have a joint expectation with Ingram Micro Brasil that it is not a traditional distribution model, but something completely different. Our intention is that solutions like Tibero and JEUS have their positioning strategy defined together with Ingram Micro", says the CEO, noting that the licensing model of TmaxSoft is completely flexible, that is, it allows full use of the technology, without interruption or unforeseen circumstances.

Ingram Micro Brasil will operate in all markets with TmaxSoft, especially the telecommunications, finance, manufacturing and public sectors. The focus will be on ISVs that operate in the small business segment, in addition to medium and large companies
For Ingram Micro Brasil's partner channels, the registration process has been simplified so that they do not need to sign an additional contract with TmaxSoft. They will be served by a highly trained team from Ingram Micro and will have the TmaxSoft channel program, which has a 100% business model geared towards the channel and which guarantees high profitability in the sale.
