The new partnership complements the portfolio of Ingram Micro's business unit focused on IoT solutions, allocated in Advanced Computing. This area already has complete coverage of technologies created to connect and exchange data with devices and systems over the internet. With the arrival of ISS, Ingram Micro is betting on growing its market share in the segment, offering end-to-end solutions for all industries and niches in the sector.

“The ISS portfolio greatly enriches our range of products or services. According to Daniel Feitosa, Head Director Brazil & Portugal at ISS, Ingram Micro was chosen as a strategic partner due to its solid reputation in the market, expertise in technology distribution and global presence. “Ingram Micro’s ability to offer comprehensive support and significant reach will be key to further strengthening our presence and meeting growing market demands,” he points out. For the executive, “the goals of the partnership are to strengthen cross selling with products from the distributor's portfolio, build new testing and approval environments for integrators and provide offers adapted to the reality of different channels.”

The agreement comes at a time when two topics are very relevant for companies: security and customer loyalty. “ISS solutions are scalable and bring an important difference, transforming video images into analytical information with competitive and strategic value for companies. Therefore, users can use the data generated to avoid failures due to inappropriate use, increase security and even comply with specific protocols. They are also powerful tools for knowing the profile of customers and keeping them close to a specific company, for example, with alerts, signage, promotions on shelves and customer service, among others”, highlights Gero.

Ingram Micro will distribute a strategic selection of the ISS portfolio, focusing on the solutions that best meet the needs of the Brazilian market and the demands of future customers. “We offer a wide range of intelligent video solutions to address varied security and safety challenges.
