In the means of payment segment, INFOX serves 47 issuers through the INFOX PMP solution, moving more than R$ 3.5 billion per year in financial operations. In its client portfolio, we can highlight Verocard, Farmácias São João, Modazine, Maxxcard, Libercard, Mega Vale, among other successful projects.

As for complete retail management, the company serves several stores of all sizes or chain of stores, with information integrated into the INFOX VAV solution. 🇧🇷There are more than 1300 users operating the solution daily, in different regions. We highlight the Caetano Chain of Materials for Construction, Lojas dos Sonhos Probel, the Angelo Paiotti Chain, Lojas Interpisos, among many other clients.”, completes Luis Augusto.

In this interview for the ABES Portal, the commercial director tells a little more about INFOX's strategy, solutions and results:

Can you talk a little more about the differentials of the INFOX PMP solution?

Based on our experience of more than 35 years in the retail and payment processing segments, we have created a unique business model: the INFOX PMP Payment Method Solution. This multi-service financial platform offers retailers the opportunity to monetize sales in installments and build customer loyalty with new opportunities, in an agile and technological way.

This Payment Means solution is very complete, which allows us to act in all phases: intelligence in granting credit, sales policy, collection, payment, funding, aggregated financial services, management, advisory and in the business model: installment plan , benefit cards, business agreements and card invoices. In addition, we also offer services provided by our team, made up of experienced and trained professionals, who guarantee delivery, support, technology, management and results.

What are the differentials of the INFOX VAV solution?

This solution was developed especially for stores in the construction materials, electrical, plumbing and furniture segments. The INFOX VAV solution is more than an ordinary system, as it combines complete store management with advice from our retail specialists.

We believe that having an ERP system is important, but it is not enough. In 2022, we presented a growth of 10%, despite all the moment we are living, delivering large projects, valuing our performance and guaranteeing the differentials that customers seek in our solutions. We have a passion for technology and, therefore, we tirelessly seek knowledge. This quest drives constant improvements in our tools, with the customer's experience and needs at the center of our decisions. What are the market prospects for 2023?

Our perspective for 2023 is one of very sharp growth. With the innovations and technological advances generated to meet the demand for deliveries in 2022, INFOX has risen to a new level, our solutions have evolved a lot in what they can do for the management of our customers' businesses, whether in terms of ease or flexibility.
