Business model includes offering the BPMS platform via SaaS
The strategy formulation was consulted by Gustavo Rabelo (ex-Oracle) and André Sodré (ex-IBM), both from AGUA Participações e Gestão Corporativa, and was designed based on the expansion of the presence in the segments where the company already operates (Professional Councils, Courts of Accounts and Agricultural Defense bodies) and insertion in digital government projects for state and municipal public administrations, in addition to seeking to meet the demands of automating private sector processes with integration with the management systems (ERPs) adopted by industry, commerce and services.
The INFOX BPM platform, a flexible, intuitive and low-code software, allows to make digital the most diverse business processes, from the simplest to the most complex, accelerating the digital transformation in public and private organizations, according to the company's CEO, Jorge Santana. "After accumulating experience over the last 10 years by automating processes in clients such as TRF of the 5th Region, TCE-PE, TCM-PA and the Federal Council of Medicine, the time has come to scale our expertise to other markets, sharing this strategy with partners throughout Brazil ”, says the executive.
INFOX has a specialized team that ensures the evolution of the INFOX BPM platform and support for partners in process automation projects. The platform is adaptable to the business environment and culture of each company and of sectors governed by regulatory agents. With digital certification, the platform guarantees the authenticity of document signing and the security of customer information, in addition to meeting sectoral legislation.
