New version of Infor EAM offers improved mobile and traceability features to facilitate asset monitoring and management

Infor, a provider of business applications built for the cloud and specialized in industries, announces enhancements to the Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform for managing maintenance of physical assets.

The main improvements are:

• Physical Asset Performance Management: Extends the lifecycle of equipment with greater traceability capabilities to facilitate asset management monitoring;
• Infor Data Lake: Provides a repository that stores a large volume of data from across the enterprise;
• OpenCAD BIM: 3D modeling that transforms facility management and creates a suitable environment for modeling physical assets.
• Mobile EAM: Allows users to view more than one map on mobile devices.

“We developed the new Infor EAM to solve data mobility and visualization issues that organizations face in managing their physical assets. The new version lets you incorporate simple, modern reliability practices and methods,” says Kevin Price, product manager, Infor EAM. The new platform is available in SaaS and “on Premise”.
