Indra and Mywigo Smartphones have developed the first cloud monitoring system for smartphones with a global reach, called Mywigo World. The system will be exclusive to all Mywigo mobile device users – including the new 4G terminals – distributed across more than 15 countries in Europe, Africa and Central America.

Mywigo World was developed with Indra's GPaaS technology on Google's cloud platform. “With this unique and exclusive system developed by Indra and with the guarantee and security of Google, Mywigo will be positioned at the height of the solutions offered by the large technological multinationals”, said de Jonatan Fatevich, CEO of Mywigo.

The technology will allow the company to automatically handle the information of a growing user community and offer, through its smartphones, multiple services and applications hosted in the cloud, both from a technical support and content point of view. The solution was designed for the Android operating system. The system facilitates the remote management of incidents that users report from their cell phone or the issuance of device reset orders.

The solution includes tools for exploring this data, so that Mywigo can know in real time and automatically trends and statistics that help it to boost new services, as well as improve its products and customer service.

The system also connects with Mywigo's content management site, to direct publications, news, promotions or technological tutorials to smartphones. It also facilitates access to a marketplace to download applications and games. Another important novelty that MyWigoWorld users will have at their disposal is the geolocation and smartphone lock service, with the possibility of establishing the lock PIN on the screen and erasing the device data through Google tools.
