Debureaucratization of processes using technology is increasingly common, with the aim of generating more agility in routine tasks and bringing significant productivity gains. Based on this trend, Minsait, an Indra company, developed the Integrated Conformity Assessment System (SISAC) together with the technical team of the Comptroller General of Paraíba.

The system, which took two years to complete, aims to facilitate the conformity assessment of bids, contracts and agreements. In practice, SISAC brings functionalities designed according to each user profile and the customization of workflows according to established processes. In this way, it is possible to increase the productivity of the work performed by the Controllership.

“The project reinforces the company's presence as a national reference in solutions in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Taxation, as well as in the scope of conformity assessment systems for contracts, bids and agreements in the Brazilian public administration. We believe that digital transformation can bring effective results to the sector, providing more agility and security”, says Marcos Mota, director of Public Administration at Minsait in Brazil.

The implementation of the tool should start this month and will be mandatory for all direct and indirect administration bodies. In all, more than 120 employees have already been trained to use it.

“Paraíba has evolved. In addition to being one of the first states to take the initiative to create a system that manages contract registrations, today it has a modern, dynamic system with greater information security”, highlights the chief secretary of the CGE, Letácio Tenório Guedes Jr. .
