Indra, one of the leading global consulting and technology companies, was chosen by Gol, the airline that transports more passengers in Brazil, to increase the excellence of its management and increase its competitiveness, by improving its revenue accounting operations ( Revenue Accounting). The technology company, which previously collaborated with Gol, has just signed a new contract with the airline in order to evolve its treasury processes through the implementation of SuitAir RAS solutions. This Indra technology, which is used by customers on the five continents that add up to more than 100 million passengers per year, manages, in Latin America alone, more than 60 million passengers, surpassing the 60% of the total in the region.

SuitAir RAS is an end-to-end product suite that simplifies accounting operations as much as possible and allows airlines to achieve the highest level of automation in their management. In Gol's case, it will help the company to exercise greater control and automation of the information on revenues and liabilities to be executed, as well as being able to concentrate all its accounting processes, such as 'one-stop shop', in a single model, such as consultation and sales control, flight operations, billing between lines and channels, and also the reconciliation of credit card sales data.

Among its main advantages from the point of view of innovation, SuitAir RAS responds to the complexity of the airlines' accounting sector, given the increase in hybrid sales platforms, typical of low-cost companies, which are currently in internationalization processes, such as this is the case with Gol. In fact, revenue accounting in airlines is a complex and particularly relevant process, as it offers key information for the income statement and strategic decision making. In this sense, Indra's platform not only allows real-time revenue analysis, ensuring 100% accuracy of data, increasing revenue traceability and cash flow, but it also facilitates data management much faster and safe.

With the implementation of SuitAir RAS, Gol will be able to have a complete functional coverage of all business processes, have a global view of the entire life cycle of documents and respond to the current needs of airlines in terms of e-ticketing and of ticketless. In addition, the adoption of this technology is very simple, given its easy integration with the company's own operating systems, thanks to its flexible and modular design, which ensures the horizontal scalability of the system and the functional decoupling of different applications, which allows companies to teams work completely independently.
