The management processes of human resources, organizational climate and communication with employees need to be constantly evolving, in order to meet the needs of competitiveness, results and, above all, the improvement of dialogue and the quality of life of employees in the environment. of work.

A provider of solutions for the area of people management, iFractal, an ABES member, launched the STOU platform which, as explained by Marcelo Germano de Oliveira, commercial director of iFractal, allows managers to carry out surveys and research, and open a channel of daily and confidential relationship with employees, which will allow an accurate diagnosis for the Human Resources area.

“In partnership with Lab Evoluir, a specialist in organizational development, we verified the need for companies to maintain a genuine relationship with employees, which can provide a quick diagnosis and greater assertiveness in managers' decisions”, highlighted the executive.

According to a study by consultancy Deloitte, only 8% of organizations believe that their annual evaluation process is worthwhile and one of the biggest reasons for this dissatisfaction is precisely the lack of data to measure employee satisfaction and engagement. Therefore, the STOU platform allows to obtain more data periodically to fill this gap.

“The questions of scale, alternative and essay give voice to the employees' feelings and allow the manager to verify information that is hardly found in biannual or annual climate surveys. An example is the possibility of relating the mood of the team with events that took place during the day”, explained Oliveira.

The STOU platform is a new product, sold separately from the ifPonto system, another ifractal solution for HR. “However, when the two systems are made available together, the analysis and decision-making in the most diverse issues of the company becomes even more measured”, he concludes.
