iFractal's people management software, a pioneer in cloud system development for Human Resources, is now present on all campuses of the University of São Paulo (USP), one of the largest higher education institutions in Latin America. With the implementation completed, the solution guarantees the management of more than 14 thousand employees who are located in São Paulo (3), Bauru, Lorena, Piracicaba, Pirassununga, Ribeirão Preto, Santos and São Carlos.
According to USP's Coordination of General Administration (Codage), the decision to adopt this type of software took into account the possibility of monitoring in the system, on a daily basis, information regarding the records made, the compensation already carried out and the requests for regularization of occurrences, which contributes to greater transparency in frequency management.
One of the differentials is the centralization of data and the decentralization of people management, which allows the distribution of tasks and ensures that the system is always ready for the monthly closing. This is possible because the iFractal management system operates on the SIIN model, the Intelligent Integration Service in the Clouds, which allows a holistic view of the entire process involved in management.
