The new IBM Client Center (ICC) has the mission of fostering new business, demonstrating in practice how IBM solutions can be used according to the needs and challenges of each industry. “Our objective is not only to offer new opportunities, but to transform companies' challenges into practical solutions that make our clients' businesses more competitive. We provide practical and real examples in the use of technology applied to solving problems in each sector”, explains Ivan Sá, regional executive at IBM Brazil.

Clients will also have a complete portfolio of content and solutions by industry available to be “tryed out” through collaboration with other global IBM Client Centers. The ICC also allows for the exchange of best practices between experts and the carrying out of proofs of concept. It is also in line with IBM's strategy of offering a differentiated experience that allows for an immersion in the daily work of companies from different segments, such as retail, finance, telecommunications, industrial and natural resources.

To compose this new scenario, state-of-the-art equipment was implemented, such as portable servers, smart TVs, interactive panels, collaborative electronic whiteboarding tools, in addition to video and audio conference rooms, with infrastructure to run local and remote demonstrations. These features allow flexibility and adaptation of the space according to the needs of each visiting company, providing the customer with a fully immersive and personalized experience.

“From our main hub in São Paulo, we were able to operate an integrated model of collaboration and sharing of solutions, either in person or remotely. This flexibility allows customers to be served from different locations. In addition, the new space will feature solutions based on technologies such as cloud computing, data analysis and cognitive computing, through collaborative tools, improving integration with partners and customers in the region", says Agostinho Villela, executive responsible for the ICC units in Brazil.
