Business consulting IDC named IBM a world leader in business consulting services in the 2013 IDC Marketscape: Global Providers of Business Consulting Services Review.
According to interviews conducted with more than 600 business consulting buyers from around the world, IBM was rated as the best in innovation development. The company was rated by survey respondents as best able to help them transform their businesses, enter new markets or geographies, manage risk and improve efficiency. They also cited IBM as a standout performer on key operational criteria, such as integrating with client teams and providing functional, technical, and industry expertise.
