Helibras, the only Brazilian manufacturer of helicopters, improved its document management with SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite), from SoftExpert, a provider of software and services for automation and improvement of business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
The company is a subsidiary of Airbus Helicopters, world leader in the segment and controlled by Airbus. With a share of almost 50% in the Brazilian fleet of turbine-powered helicopters, its factory has a production capacity of 36 light aircraft and 12 heavy aircraft per year and is located in the city of Itajubá (MG), where several models are produced that serve the civil segments. , government and military.
With several bases in the country and more than 500 employees, Helibras faced problems with the management of its documents, since they were done manually, that is, without the support of software.
"Today, with SoftExpert, we have significant productivity gains, increasing the agility of document management operations and saving hours of work that were directed to these demands", evaluates Ana Andrade, Quality analyst at Helibras.
"The solution allows for quick data consultation, in addition to an efficient visualization of the most relevant information for the execution of the work", highlights João Carvalho, Corporate Systems Analyst at Helibras.
The platform, implemented by SoftExpert's commercial partner, TNX, is used by 530 users in all areas of the company. The tool also helps in the maintenance of Quality and Aviation certifications: ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110, ANAC RBAC21, ANAC RBAC145, ANAC RBHA142 and also DMAVEX, DAERM and DIRMAB, referring to Helibras facilities, workshops, components and services, granted by rigid evaluation bodies of the Armed Forces as being able to carry out interventions in their aircraft.
