HDI Brasil, an institute that aims to develop the ITSM market, will hold between May 21 and 23, at the Fecomercio Events Center, in São Paulo, the 7th edition of the Conference & Expo Internacional HDI Brasil 2014, which aims to present the best practices applied in the support market.
The event seeks to promote the exchange of information and knowledge through networking, debate panels, seminars and workshops for IT professionals.
“How to succeed in executing the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) strategy” will be the topic addressed by Ricardo Zakaluk, manager of offers for mobility services at IBM Brazil, who will present aspects on security, policies, logistics, human resources and legislation of BYOD. "The IT support and security departments are extremely concerned about the wave of personal devices that are invading corporate environments", explains the manager, who defends the importance of managing these devices.
In the presentation by Peter Vicentainer, Head of Infrastructure Support at BTG Pactual, the theme will be “Videoconference Management”, which will show the growing volume of investments in remote communication technologies and services, as well as the management of the organization's videoconference rooms , which has a structure of more than 100 rooms spread across several countries.
