Guide clarifies the main terms on the obligation, which will apply to companies of all sizes as of January 2019

New system for providing information to the Federal Government that aims to make processes within companies more transparent and less complicated, eSocial is a project that unifies the data of all workers in Brazil.

Despite coming to facilitate, until all companies are adequate, the path to understanding is long and somewhat winding. The changes are big and it is necessary to understand all the impacts to keep up with the legislation, from fines to changes in the HR professional's daily routine.

To make this journey simpler, Senior - a reference company in management technology and responsible for processing about 6 million payrolls in a universe of 40 to 45 million Brazilian CLT, which represents between 15 and 20% of all Brazil's payroll, – decided to prepare a complete eSocial Guide.

“We included questions from A to Z to clarify the main terms that have populated the daily lives of HR managers”, says Senior HCM Product Manager, Ricardo Kremer. In the material, terms such as DAE, registration qualification consultation, RET and CGE are conceptualized in an objective way, facilitating understanding and serving as a source of consultation for those who still need information.

Just to give you an idea, before the implementation of eSocial, companies needed to provide information about their workers in 15 different obligations. From now on, through just one declaration, all 5 government entities that previously received the same data in numerous different obligations, receive everything at once.
