ABES invites its members to a meeting on March 1st
ABES invites associates and members of the Tax Working Group (WG), linked to the Regulatory Committee, to a meeting to be held on March 1, from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, in the Gazebo room of the Bourbon Convention, in São Paulo, to discuss of tax legislation.
Check out some of the points on the agenda:
· ICMS Project
· Query Solution sent by PARS,
· Resumption of the work of the SaaS and Paas subgroup in order to edit "Guidance Norm" regarding:
– taxation levied on these activities (on billings made in Brazil and remittances abroad)
– necessary changes in "distribution" contracts
– other precautions indicated in the procedures practiced by companies operating in this segment
· SND: effects of the federal law that AMNESTY TAX INCENTIVES
· Debate on Invoice and MS invoice from 02/19/2018
