Members are invited to attend the meeting

 
ABES invites its members to the Tributary WG meeting, which will be held on May 21, from 3 pm to 5 pm, at the Bourbon Convention Center, in São Paulo. Entries must be made exclusively by e-mail eventos@abes.org.br, informing the participant's name, e-mail, telephone and respective associated company.
 
Among the topics that will be addressed are:
 
1. COSIT No. 2 - 2019 Divergence Solution on the non-levy of PIS/COFINS on remittances abroad for Software remuneration;
 
2. PEC 45 of 2019, by deputy Baleia Rossi (MDB/SP), which changes the National Tax System – Tax Reform;
 
3. Chamber approval of the project that ends DIFAL;
 
4. GPF X Negative Income Tax Balance – Offsetting via PERDCOMP;
 
5. Inquiry Solution No. 99.004/2019 – Software Commercialization or Distribution License;
 
6. COSIT Consultation Solution No. 146/2019 - Reformulation of COSIT Consultation Solution No. 74/2019;
 
7. The normative instruction RFB 1,634/16, which requires the identification of the name of the final beneficiary of all legal entities operating in Brazil. Companies that have legal entities as partners must reveal the names of the partners/shareholders of their partners, thus, infinitely, until the entire chain of "partners-of-partners" is identified. Professional Andréa Finardi Lançoni, from Associated company Level-Up, will introduce this topic at the meeting and professional Odair Silva, from Grant Thornton, will present more details at the June meeting.   
 
In addition to the topics on the agenda, the meeting will also feature a presentation on “Transfer Pricing – IN nº 1.870/19”, by Marcio R. de Oliveira, partner at Ernest & Young, in the International Tax area.
