All company operations are managed by SoftExpert EQM, which assists in carrying out 600 audits per year

The Vigia Group, from Mexico, formed by more than 30 companies operating in different segments such as the LP gas industry, fuels, real estate, construction and entertainment, has automated its processes and increased productivity with the SoftExpert EQM solution - software supplier and services for automation and improvement of business processes, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

The company, which has more than 1,500 employees, was looking for a tool that could assist in the management of skills and processes. The company's general director, Francisco Meillon Orozco, recalls that the group was looking for a system focused on leadership management.

“When the components were demonstrated, we realized that the SoftExpert solution was the only one that brought together the necessary characteristics to reinforce the theme of competence for executives and with different modules for all work areas, that is, we would have everything in one system ”, he points out.

Another benefit highlighted by Orozco is related to support in the control of the regulation and audit processes. “We already have 284 guidelines in the system, which govern all of the company's operations, and we apply around 600 audits per year based on these regulations to ensure operational standards. Through the solution, we send qualifications to our Business Intelligence sector to provide timely feedback to the team, he says.

The Mexican Group, which is among the 100 best companies to work for in the country, understands the importance of training as a central element in the Organization's development.

For this reason, in addition to assisting in the improvement of competences and in the control of the regulations and auditing processes, the solution supports the management of employee training. “We already have 4 courses ready and applied. The intention is to have training for all the necessary technical skills within the group. Today, we have a team that, with the support of internal and external specialists, is developing the courses ”, he comments.

According to Meillon Orozco, now all the contracts, actions and important documents of the group are protected in the system, improving communication and teamwork in all departments and functional areas.
The implementation project includes the following components: Document, Action Plan, Audit, Requirement, Competence, Training and Physical File, which are used in all the Group's Business Units.

"The productivity and improvements we have achieved through the modules are definitely of high impact and we believe it is one of the tools that will most contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company", he concludes.
