Salesforce, a global leader in CRM, announces that Grupo L'Occitane, a producer and retailer of cosmetics and wellness items, has chosen Salesforce Commerce Cloud to deliver personalized experiences and accelerate its global growth.
 
The group is replacing its native e-commerce system with Commerce Cloud capabilities, enabled for multiple sites, languages and currencies. With the new solution, the company will more rapidly innovate and expand its digital presence across the globe and deliver unified business experiences across all channels and devices.
