In its strategic acquisition process to grow, not only in the Italian market, but also internationally, the Zucchetti Group, considered the largest software company in Italy and one of the largest software houses in Europe, announces the acquisition of Debcred, a organization present in the Brazilian market for over 20 years, specialized in the development and commercialization of ERP software for medium and large companies in different sectors (mechanical, chemical, ceramics, textile and distribution).

“We are enthusiastic about this operation because it allows us to be more competitive in the market and guarantee a successful future for our customers and employees” said Marco Antonio Matheus, CEO and co-founder of Debcred. “Being part of the Zucchetti Group is a source of pride for us, as we will benefit from the group's technological expertise and increase the range of solutions and services offered to our customers. In addition, we expect significant growth thanks to the confidence inspired by the Zucchetti brand.”

“The acquisition of Debcred is strategic, because it allows us to consolidate our presence in the market, to be more efficient and, above all, to meet the needs of companies of any size” commented Alessio Mainardi, CEO of Zucchetti Brasil. “In the recent past, we have seen mergers between competing software companies that penalized customers in terms of quality of service. We, on the other hand, see this acquisition as a great opportunity, as Debcred perfectly embraces Zucchetti's 'customer is our purpose' philosophy and their solutions have satisfaction ratings in excess of 98%."

"Combining a strong brand, quality products and excellent services, the result can only be positive", added Enrico Itri, director of the BU of International Business Operations at Zucchetti. “Zucchetti's objective is to consolidate its presence particularly in the southeastern region of Brazil, which represents more than 70% of South America's GDP, combining a solution already highly appreciated by local companies with the reliability transmitted by Zucchetti, the leading Italian software company ”.
With a turnover of 1.6 billion reais, the Zucchetti Group has 4,000 employees, of which 1,000 are dedicated exclusively to research and development (www.zucchettibrasil.com.br).
