Nowadays, people complain that they have more activities to perform than in the past. A lot of people say that everything is required with less time, more results and in a very troubled context. But what are the most efficient strategies to manage the numerous activities, considering the available work time? Where to start?

One suggestion is to know the model DONE🇧🇷 to improve time management, which will be presented by Ricardo Jucá, in an exclusive lecture for ABES members, on October 19, 2016, from 9 am to 12 pm, in São Paulo. “We see that people get in the way because they don't have clear goals, they don't know how to define and negotiate priorities, and they try to do more than one thing at the same time. We will also discuss how to deal with the so-called 'time wasters', such as e-mails, meetings and interruptions”, points out the speaker.

Jucá holds a doctorate from FGV, with a specialization in leadership and change management from Harvard Business School, author of the book “A Pirâmide do Fazer Sucesso” and partner at Atingire. This new lecture promoted by ABES is part of the organization's 30th anniversary celebrations calendar. Unmissable!
