AppFoundry will serve as a resource center for Genesys customers to discover, search and connect to a wide variety of customer experience applications, integration solutions and services that meet the most diverse needs.
 
With an ecosystem of more than 500 partners and systems integrators, Genesys aims to make it easier for customers to access answers to their business needs, as well as make it easier for partners to access customers and market their solutions. AppFoundry goes beyond traditional marketplace platforms by focusing on third-party customer experience applications that provide complete communication integration across voice, chat, email, video, social media and mobile.
 
AppFoundry also hosts a wide range of more traditional application and integration solutions that include natural language and self-service, CRM integration, monitoring and reporting, and configuration and management.
