Executive has been with the company for 15 years and will lead the technology team in the country
Executive Gabriel Biffi is the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of TransUnion Brasil, a global information and technology company 
insights. With a 15-year history at the company, Biffi now plays a fundamental role in the development of the technological strategy, contributing to the improvement of solutions and leveraging TransUnion's global model. The executive will directly lead the Software Engineering, IT Governance, Information Security and Infrastructure teams (on-premise and cloud).
As an innovative leader, Biffi is committed to applying best delivery practices in an agile, secure, service-available, dynamic and efficient approach to application development and architecture. “I am very happy to accept this new challenge within TransUnion Brasil. I want to continue my journey in technology, being an enabler of our business. I am focused on executing the strategy and improving the technology of our solutions, prioritizing our customers and the needs of the market”, comments Biffi.
Biffi has a degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC and specializations in strategy, technology and agile methodologies. He started his career at Apple and accepted the challenge of working at Crivo, which was acquired by TransUnion more than a decade ago. Throughout his growth trajectory at TransUnion Brasil, he started as a solutions software developer and became team manager in 2016. He took over as senior technology manager in 2021, having implemented important projects, such as agile transformation, technological modernization of products, construction of the alternative data model and the credit bureau.
