LA's biggest ICT event takes place in October in São Paulo

In its 18th edition, Futurecom, which has the institutional support of ABES, will bring together the main executives of the sector and customers at the International Congress to discuss challenges on topics such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Transformation, Smart Cities (Smart Cities), the Connected Company, Digital Security, mobile and fixed broadband (with great growth in fiber optics), Big Data & Analytics, SDN/NFV and the 4G and 5G new generation networks. The novelty is that this year the congress will start on the first day of the event (October 17), at 9 am.

Largest Telecommunications, IT and Internet event in Latin America, Futurecom
2016 will have as one of its central themes the discussion on the survival of companies and new business models in the era of digital transformation. Leaders from leading technology and telecommunications organizations will debate care across the value chain in markets increasingly focused on the consumer experience.

Cases such as OTTs, Whatsapp, Uber are examples of how the structure of traditional businesses must be rethought to evolve in a new time, in which the positive result depends on variables that have transformed the behavior of the consumer public. In this context of changes, the Internet of Things (IoT) concept will also be discussed, which connects electronic devices and devices to make everyone's life easier.

Alternatives to monetize services and the technology strategies, investments, operation and management necessary for the network infrastructure to support the high growth of IoT devices with quality will be addressed.
