Totvs platform will have a new solution for viewing documents
 

Fluig, TOTVS' collaboration and management platform for processes, documents and identities, announces a new mashup, this time with Accusoft, leader in the development of technology for online document visualization, Prizm Content Connect. The American market leader's solution is integrated into the platform, providing even more resources for the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) card natively and completely free of charge for all its customers.
 
The result is faster and higher quality visualization for different types of documents without the need to open any other programs or tools and lowering companies' TCO. “In order to improve the platform users' experience, Accusoft's technology allows for a more fluid handling of important documents, such as contracts, schedules, industrial drawings, project floor plans and many other types of documents”, explains Gilmar Hansen, Fluig's product director.
 
With the integration of Accusoft's tool, Fluig offers users another valuable productivity feature. The unification makes it possible to view documents online with high definition without the need to perform downloads, which speeds up processes and decision-making.
 
Prizm Content Connect is a secure document viewing and sharing application that allows customers and application users to track and share a dozen different files on any device, without having to download the document or install extra plug-ins. All documents viewed in the product are SSL-encrypted to provide high document security.

Mashups are part of Totvs' strategy to add to Fluig the best international experiences and accelerate the platform's capacity for innovation, making it increasingly connected to the needs of companies. The first of them, held in April of last year, with Moxtra, added web resources, mobile voice conference and editing of documents in groups to the tool.
