The self-diagnosis was developed for employers, especially small entrepreneurs. However, medium and large companies, in addition to self-employed workers and professionals, can also use the tool.

The service is free and optional. It was prepared by the Subsecretariat for Labor Inspection (SIT), of the Labor Secretariat (Setrab), an organ of the Special Secretariat for Social Security and Labor of the Ministry of Economy (Seprt), within the federal government's digital transformation program. The tool also has a partnership with the International Labor Organization (ILO) and support from the National School of Labor Inspection (Enit).
