Association starts cycle of events for knowledge dissemination

 
Knowledge is always a good investment. Therefore, ABES will offer its associates a cycle of lectures on improving business management and communication, in order to contribute to the revitalization of administrative processes, with the implementation of positive changes, indication of management trends and the development of the Brazilian IT sector.
 
MAKE IT HAPPEN is the theme of the first presentation, which will take place on June 23, 2016. In this meeting, under the coordination of the coach and writer Ricardo Jucá, managers will be able to discuss how they can deliver results consistently, through effective planning, execution and monitoring. “We are excited about this event and we believe that ABES members will appreciate the content, as we always receive great reviews from participants”, he emphasizes.  
 
Jucá is a partner at Atingire, a PhD from FGV, with a specialization in leadership and change management from the Harvard Business School, and author of the book “The Pyramid of Making It Happen”. In addition, he served as an executive at Procter & Gamble and was a consultant at Bain & Company, among other companies, holding management and board positions. Bradesco, Whirlpool, Cielo, Braspag, Danone, Pfizer, Globo, Itaú and Porto Seguro are some of its clients.
 
The lecture series is part of the ABES 30th anniversary celebration calendar, which began with the inauguration of the portrait gallery in tribute to the entity's former presidents. "Initially, we honored some executives who contributed so much to the evolution of our association and, now, we will promote these lectures in order to boost organizational strategies and help our associates in the search for better results and in motivating their teams.”, explains Carlos Sacco, marketing and market intelligence director at ABES.
