At the 8th edition of the ABES Software Conference 2018, held on August 20, in the city of São Paulo, several companies were able to present their products and services, in one of the most anticipated events in the segment.
Among them was Digiforte, which just launched AssinaForte, a portal for signing documents with legal validity, an effective tool for any organization that wishes to have practicality, economy and agility in contractual and documentary matters. It is a process that offers security in transactions with digital certificates or by means of electronic signature, for use in contract transactions, the reduction of the archiving of printed papers and the costs of transporting documents, which require the signature of more than a person or in different locations. The portal provides flexibility, as it can be accessed at any time and place, whether by computer, tablet or smartphone.
“The signature with a digital certificate has legal value. We also have the electronic signature as an option, depending on the content of the document, as it contains data such as time stamp, georeferencing and IP of the equipment. Signing documents is quicker, it avoids the bureaucracy of going to the registry office, for example. We are a Registration Authority (AR) accredited by ITI - National Institute of Information Technology, an organ of the Federal Government's Civil House, to issue official Brazilian digital certificates according to ICP-Brasil standards, such as e-CPF, and -CNPJ and NF-e, among other digital identity solutions, for companies of all sizes and for individuals as well ”, explained Digiforte's account executive, Murilo Rodrigues.
