As part of the program to commemorate 10 years of acting in the defense of competition ethics in the country, the Brazilian Institute of Competition Ethics - ETCO, ABES' partner in the Legal Entrepreneur campaign, presents the Cycle of Debates “10+10 – Retrospective of competition ethics in Brazil and perspectives for the next decade”.
The event will be held in different cities: Rio de Janeiro (06/06), Brasília (21/08) and São Paulo (10/16), with the participation of exclusive debaters for each municipality. The objective is to promote reflection on the advances already made and the paths to be followed towards a healthy business environment in line with the country's economic development.

To carry out the events, ETCO will have a partnership with the Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Firjan), Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp) and the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), at whose headquarters debates took place. In addition to the invited debaters, the board of directors in the three cities will be formed by the Executive President of ETCO, Roberto Abdenur; by the Director of Instituto Análise, Alberto Carlos Almeida; and by the Coordinator of the Specialization Course in Tax Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, professor Eurico Marcos Diniz de Santi.
“We are convinced that, by taking the discussion on competition ethics to three important political and economic decision-making centers in the country, we will significantly contribute to making the subject increasingly part of public and private decision-making spheres”, says Abdenur.
