Interested parties must apply for integration by June 26

 
The eSocial Management Committee will make available, as of July 1st, a pre-production environment for IT companies to carry out tests in this phase that precedes the effective implementation of eSocial, which will unify the provision of labor, social security and tax information by employers . The initiative meets demand from representatives of companies in the sector, who need to evaluate their systems before making them available to customers.
 
To be included in this eSocial testing phase, the company just sends the CNPJ, the Corporate Name and the federative unit of its headquarters, in addition to name, telephone number and contact e-mail to renata.soriano@brasscom.org.br until the 26/06. Participation is open to all IT companies that want to participate.
 
Brasscom requests that companies also report the number of sheets processed and the number of customers served with this type of service. The entity clarifies that this information will not be passed on individually. The objective is to consolidate the data to demonstrate to the eSocial Management Committee the representativeness of the companies that will participate in the tests.
 
According to the system's implementation schedule, for employers and taxpayers with revenues exceeding R$ 78 million in 2016, the adoption of eSocial will become mandatory as of January 1, 2018. from the 1st of July 2018.
