TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational that accelerates business through technology, announces the arrival of Erik Nakandakare as the new director of the Digital Transformation area. The executive arrives to help consolidate the company as one of the leaders in the digital transformation market in Brazil and in the 10 countries in which it operates in Latin America.
“TIVIT is already a reference in the technology market, but not everyone knows that we have a complete ecosystem, both of solutions and people, to carry out the digital transformation journey of companies in different sectors”, says Nakandakare. “Today, half of our revenue already comes from digital projects and we have great potential to further increase this market share”, he points out.
According to Nakandakare, the digital transformation area is the company's most promising customer gateway. “Every company needs to digitize, regardless of size and level of maturity. Those who don't invest in this may be behind compared to the competition. There are always opportunities to improve digital processes, and TIVIT is a strategic partner that has a lot to contribute, considering that we have strong expertise in cloud, cyber, AI, IoT and many other technologies”, says the executive.
With 21 years of experience in the technology area, Nakandakare has worked in companies in different sectors, such as Telefónica Vivo, Xerox and DHL. At Telefónica Vivo, he was head of Digital Sales for four years. He also held leadership roles in startups such as Geekie and 99, and helped build the first Brazilian unicorn, which currently belongs to Chinese transport giant Didi Chuxing.
Nakandakare has a degree in business administration from FGV and in Marketing from ESPM, and has extensive experience in building, developing and leading successful teams.
