The project will start immediately in partnership with Harpia Cloud, a Salesforce partner company in Brazil and will last approximately 4 months. “In the coming weeks, our employees will undergo training and meetings, because only with the effective participation of our entire team will we make this project a reality. With this mechanism adopted, the multichannel strategy will centralize the patient's journey in a single tool, to promote an integrated view, that is, 360 degrees, regardless of the company, program or contact channel, whether in person or by phone. As the patient will become the center of all actions, the tool will make it possible to analyze the data of each individual, working with all their information, either through the preventive health promotion program, through the hospitalization or dehospitalization program.
