Communication software from Dígitro Tecnologia integrates with existing solutions and promotes secure and remote care

To meet customer expectations in the current scenario driven by the new coronavirus pandemic, Dígitro Tecnologia, which has been operating for over 40 years, started to offer new features in its products, enabling secure communication in remote work and in remote medical care through the company's two main corporate communication products: Interact, also aimed at telemedicine; and UNA, a secure and encrypted conversational app.

Interact – which offers a package of digital Contact Center applications to optimize the performance of attendants, unifying communication – presents a new functionality aimed at telemedicine. The solution allows communication initiated by chat (on different platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram or the company's website) to be transformed into a video call by the attendant. In this way, health professionals can provide remote medical guidance, evaluating the clinical status of people for future scheduling of routine or emergency home visits. The functionality helps to eliminate queues and bureaucracy, in addition to preventing the spread of diseases in emergency departments, caused by the overcrowding of people. In addition, there is the possibility of recording consultations, whether initiated via chat or video, in a single, integrated system, enabling future analysis and promoting greater safety for doctors and patients.

UNA, unlike other instant chat applications, offers business and security advantages to its users in a unified communications system. The software can be used in connection with the legacy structure, that is, existing ones, in the cloud or on premise, and allows secure communication between teams, even in the home office. The software allows for the decentralization of administrative assistance, so employees can answer calls on their smartphones, laptops, desktops, tablets, among others, upon request, through a single login on the devices.

It directs incoming calls from the work phone located at the company to the personal computer at the employee's home, using Web-RTC technology (a technology that transforms the web-browser into a telephone). The software also allows the creation of videoconference rooms for several simultaneous users, screen sharing, chat, sending and receiving documents, photos, audio messages, video and location, all in a secure way with the use of encryption. The software can be used on any browser operating system (upon request) or iOS and Android smartphone application.
