Technology company opens vacancies for trainee program

This year, Pitang transformed the internship program into Pitang Transforma, in which the highlights of the program will already be hired

Aware of the sector's evolution and noting the need to attract new employees, Pitang Agile IT, one of the largest technology companies in the country, announced the transformation of its traditional internship program. Now called Pitang Transforma, the program will no longer hire students initially as interns and will become trainees within the company.

The new program will recruit students from the 5th period and professionals trained between 11/2020 and 12/2021 in the courses of Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Systems. The vacancies are for all of Brazil, as all the opportunities are for remote work.

“Every day, the shortage of labor to fill the vacancies available in the technology area increases. Therefore, we decided to speed up the training of these future professionals who are completing or who have just completed their graduation”, explains the CEO of Pitang, Antônio Valença. “Everyone will receive training, just like what happened in the internship program, and will have the opportunity to gain more experience in a company that is a reference in the sector”, he adds.

Registration starts on October 22nd and will run until November 30th, with the selection stage (technical test and interviews) taking place throughout December. The 70 best placed in this stage will be classified to participate in the training carried out by Qualiti, a company of the Pitang Group, which lasts about two months. After training, the 20 with the best performance will be hired as trainees.

“The differential of our program is in this final phase. We will share the performance of the other 50 classifieds with other companies from the Pitang group and from the IT sector, which will be able to hire them based on their performance during the training that we will provide”, explains Valença.
