On Friday (5/26), CIEE – Center for Company-School Integration promoted, in São Paulo, the event Youth Employability: Recognizing who makes the difference for productive inclusion in Brazil. On that occasion, the center handed ABES a trophy in recognition of the launch of the HR Tech Platform, which aims to support the professional development of young talent and attract professionals to the ICT sector. Clara Savelli, Project Coordinator, and Heloisa Matias, Legal Assistant, received the honor on behalf of the association.

Jamile Sabatini Marques, Director of Innovation and Development at ABES, points out that expanding youth employability is important because a job provides income and financial autonomy, in addition to stimulating a sense of accomplishment and purpose. RH Tech focuses mainly on reducing the gap of professionals in the ICT sector.

The event held by CIEE featured panels with the presence of Guilherme Afif Domingos, Extraordinary Secretary for Strategic Projects of the Government of São Paulo; Tabata Amaral, Federal Deputy and President of the Mixed Parliamentary Front for Education; Marco Bertaiolli, Federal Deputy and President of the Mixed Parliamentary Front for Apprentice Support; João Victor da Motta Baptista, Director of the Department of Labor Policies for Youth of the Secretary for Qualification and Promotion of Employment and Income Generation of the Ministry of Labor and Income; Samanta Paula Manoel, Former young apprentice and Inclusion coordinator at Youth Voices Brasil; Rodrigo Galvão, Senior Vice President of Technology for Oracle Latin America.
