There are 200 vacancies available for technical and university students in Technology, Administration and Engineering
Embraer (NYSE: ERJ/B3: EMBR3), a global leader in the aerospace industry, is accepting applications for a new edition of its internship program. There are 200 positions available for higher education students studying Technology, Business Administration or Engineering and technical education students. Successful candidates will receive monthly grants of up to R$2,400, in addition to benefits.
“Embraer is in a new phase of sustainable growth for the coming years, supported by the pillars of innovation and efficiency. To build this future of sustainable aviation, we are looking for talent aligned with this vision and interested in being part of an environment of intense learning, collaboration and cultural exchange with people from other countries,” says Andreza Alberto, Vice President of People, ESG and Corporate Communications at Embraer.
Half of the 200 vacancies will be allocated to underrepresented groups: women, black/brown people and people with disabilities (PWDs), as a way to encourage diversity and inclusion. To participate in the selection process, candidates must register via the link embraer.com/estagio2025 until May 25, and then take tests and participate in online activities. There are opportunities for students from all over Brazil.
In August and September, successful candidates will begin working, with remuneration, benefits and the right to paid leave at the end of the year, in addition to vacations. During their time at the company, these new colleagues will develop technical skills through internship projects related to real business challenges – which complement the learning gained in daily activities – as well as behavioral skills.
Embraer is recognized by Great Place to Work (GPTW) for the high quality of its work environment. The certification is the result of a global survey that assesses employee satisfaction – voluntarily and anonymously – regarding different corporate aspects.
