Elmer Dotti is the new Director of Technology at Dígitro

Executive has experience in important national companies and experience in digital transformation and innovation

Dígitro Tecnologia, a pioneering company in innovation in the country, announced Elmer Dotti as the new Director of Technology. With passage through important national companies, such as B3, Itaú, Grupo Boa Vista SCPC and Votorantim, the professional has experience in leading processes of digital transformation and innovation. At the head of the position, he promises to reposition the company to meet current market demands.

“The challenge is to lead Dígitro in this moment of permanent transformation in the business world, understand the demands of the market and be prepared to meet these needs. We will have transformations in Dígitro's technology area, which responds to business trends, with investments in data analytics and machine learning.

He studied at institutions such as Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and Stanford University. In addition, the executive has consulting experience in large companies from different sectors, such as Ipiranga and Copersucar. He is currently a researcher in operational research and optimization at Unicamp. 

The Executive has more than 20 years of experience in Technology/Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics/Market Intelligence, Research & Innovation, Strategic Planning, Finance and Operations, working in Brazil and abroad (USA, England, China and Dubai).
