Recognized as one of the most competitive and innovative pulp companies in the world, Eldorado Brasil Celulose opens applications for the 2025 edition of the internship program Super Talents (https://supertalentoseldorado.gupy.io/). Young people from all over the country will be able to participate in a selection process to pursue a career in a company guided by innovation, learning and collaboration.
Registrations range from December 2, 2024 to January 6, 2025, with vacancies open for four locations: São Paulo, Santos and Andradina, all in the state of São Paulo and Três Lagoas, in Mato Grosso do Sul.
Applications for the Eldorado Brasil internship program are open until January 6, 2025
During the 12 months of the program, interns receive personalized mentoring, participate in a structured learning path, and have the opportunity to experience the company's processes through technical visits and guided activities. These experiences are planned to promote complete development, with real possibilities of being hired at the end of the program — as was the case with Jean Greguere Santos Millien, a former intern in the Accounting and Controllership area, who was hired in 2024.
“The big difference in Eldorado’s internship program is the integration of theory and practice, combined with close monitoring by leaders. This solid foundation was essential for my growth and for me to stand out as a professional prepared for greater challenges. As a result, at the end of the program I had the opportunity to be hired, which motivated me even more to grow within the company. For those who join the next Super Talentos class, my advice is: come with a desire to learn, ask questions and challenge yourself, because Eldorado is a company that values committed interns who are willing to evolve,” says Jean.
AREAS OF ACTIVITY AND ELIGIBILITY
Interns will work in strategic areas such as: Industrial, Forestry, Transportation, IT, Financial, Commercial and Logistics. To participate, it is necessary to be in the penultimate or final year of undergraduate studies, with completion scheduled for 2026 or 2027.
Courses from various areas are accepted, including Forestry Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Administration, Agronomy, Biology, Architecture and Urban Planning, Economics, Statistics and Physics.
For Miriã Silva Amanci, a Production Engineering student and intern at the EBLog port terminal in Santos (SP), the program has provided a transformative and unique experience, combining practical learning and support for her professional development.
“The program allows me to actively participate in projects and contribute solutions to the team’s day-to-day challenges. Through this experience and with all the support I receive, I can apply in practice what I learned in college and understand how production engineering works in the pulp sector.”
LEADERS OF THE FUTURE: TUTORS' VIEWS TO THE NEW GENERATION
Gabriel Falchi Caldato, a specialist in Process Engineering and tutor to one of the interns, sees Super Talentos as an opportunity for mutual learning between generations. For him, working with these young people is a valuable experience that brings an innovative perspective to the company.
“At Eldorado, we value our interns’ ability to think differently, which makes the work environment more dynamic and creative. Our culture, based on collaboration, ethics and innovation, allows us to follow the development of these young people, seeing them gain confidence, acquire new skills and integrate with the company’s values. It’s great to know that this generation, shaped by Eldorado’s DNA, will be responsible for future leadership positions, inside or outside the company,” says Gabriel.
