Monitoring allows viewing future incidents in system performance

 
Dynatrace, a world reference in digital performance management solutions, contributes to ANBIMA (Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities), an entity that represents the interests of institutions such as banks, managers, brokers, distributors and securities administrators. , to improve your virtual performance. With the company's DPM (Digital Performance Monitoring) solution, it was possible to perfect a new ANBIMA application and prepare it to go into production on the market.
 
This new application that ANBIMA has implemented interfaces with the Brazilian Payments System (SPB), which comprises the entities, systems and procedures related to the processing and settlement of fund transfer operations, operations with foreign currency or with financial assets and securities. With Dynatrace's DPM solution, the application went into production with minimal impact, and the change was imperceptible to the market. "The Dynatrace tool allows for better visibility of the system. With it, we are able to align behavior, perceive changes and have more information to evaluate eventual incidents, if they occur. It is a solution richer in monitoring resources", says Alexandre Pessurno , ANBIMA Support coordinator.
 
Dynatrace's DPM has the differential of monitoring the entire application and not just a sampling. This monitoring guarantees any company that the digital performances, whether browsing through the web or mobile devices, are at a high level. The technology has intuitive dashboards that make it possible to monitor what is happening at each transaction layer, locate exceptions that may disrupt the operation of applications, identify the causes that generate delays in responses and monitor the performance of the entire system from end to end.
 
According to Fernando Mellone, Senior Sales Manager at Dynatrace in Brazil, DPM has become a vital solution for companies' competitiveness. "It takes time to identify what is causing the problem in the application can cost the company dearly.
