Dínamo, a nonpartisan and non-profit movement for the articulation of the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, launched the first chapter of the Dínamo Playbooks collection, entitled “Manual of Good Practices in Public Policies to Support Startups”, on the regulatory environment and which was written by Felipe Matos, entrepreneur, startups advisor and investor, and by lawyer Pedro Ramos, partner at Baptista Luz Advogados.
 
For the preparation of the study, regulatory framework initiatives for startups in different countries, such as Argentina, Estonia, Italy and Singapore, were analyzed, as well as some of the main obstacles and challenges in this area for startups, with some solution proposals. The Dynamo movement plans to launch another 5 chapters by the end of the year, covering also other dimensions of the ecosystem, such as access to capital, talent training, business culture, density, diversity and impact.
