With more than 30 thousand certificates issued, Academia Dìgitro was developed with the objective of training professionals and clients in the use of Communication, Intelligence and Public Security technologies.
Created in 1998 to ensure full technical use of the solutions developed by Dígitro Tecnologia, Digit Academy has just undergone a reformulation that consolidates the educational efforts of one of the pioneers in the innovation sector in the country, reinforcing its commitment to offering a hub dedicated to the training and development of professionals in the corporate and public security universe. With more than 28 thousand registered users and more than 30 thousand certificates issued since its creation, the platform currently offers more than 100 courses distributed in five categories, covering areas such as Corporate Communication, Intelligence, Technologies and Public Security. The portfolio includes content open to the general public as well as exclusive training, such as courses aimed at public security agents who use the Guardião platform.
The move includes the consolidation of Academia Dígitro and the company's distance learning arm, Ensinare, into a single portal, in addition to including new training in Spanish for the international market in which the company operates in Latin America, such as Paraguay and Uruguay.
“We want to shape the future of our industry by promoting continuous development through specialized technical training, high-quality educational content and immersive events, such as Digitro Week Of Intelligence, held last year in Brasília. The strategy of continuous updating is one of the company’s great differentiators,” says Market Relations Director Ivon Rosa.
Dígitro Week of Intelligence (DWI) brought together around 100 professionals in September, in the federal capital, members of Public Security, Criminal System, Judiciary and Defense institutions of the country, with the purpose of developing skills and discussing challenges and solutions for the sector. In 2024 alone, Dígitro Academy held 111 courses in total, 32 of which were in-person and 79 held online.
Alexandre Polidoro Galletta was one of the professionals who benefited from the platform’s training. According to the Systems Analyst, the level of clarity and detail present in the media available on Ensinare – now Academia Digitro – allowed him to build a good knowledge base. “It greatly facilitated the development of the solutions needed by the company, adding value to the services offered,” says the professional.
As new solutions, modules and features are developed and added to the products, new courses will be made available on the platform.
