Present in the public safety sector, the company invests more than R$3.3 million in R&D, focusing on organic growth and expanding market share in customer journey solutions
With 47 years of history, Digitro Technology begins a new strategic phase, consolidating its position as a reference in solutions for the public security, customer journey and smart cities markets. The Brazilian company 100%, recognized by the Ministry of Defense as a Strategic Defense Company, is betting on the hyper-personalization of Artificial Intelligence and on strengthening its value-added offerings to expand its market share. The movement is accompanied by an investment of over R$3.3 million in Research & Development (R&D), with a projected growth of over R$20% in revenue by 2025.
Growth and innovation strategy
O new positioning Dígitro's strategic pillars include the expansion of its channel network, which currently includes 92 partners. The company is seeking 15 new solution integrators across the country, strengthening its reach and capacity for service and solution integration.
In terms of innovation and technology, the company expects to advance in the development of solutions with Artificial Intelligence and expand its presence in the service markets with higher added value. Hyper-personalization will be applied horizontally, from products aimed at the IP market and contact centers to unified communication platforms and service robots for the corporate sector.
With these strategies, Dígitro intensifies its “All First” positioning, reinforcing the authority gained over decades of operation, guaranteeing clients technologically advanced and reliable solutions with regard to investigative intelligence and corporate communication.

To consolidate this new moment, in April Dígitro launched an advertising campaign focused on the digital environment, with the slogan: “If you have Dígitro, you know you can trust us.”
