It is not news that the digital age has revolutionized the relationship between companies and consumers. Agility, customization and convenience are no longer competitive differentials, but the minimum expected. To deliver relevant content and consistency across multiple channels to satisfy increasingly demanding users, companies need to embark on digital transformation and put the customer experience at the heart of all processes. It's with this in mind that Adobe has launched the Digital Health Check, a free, online test that helps companies discover where they are on the digital transformation journey.

With just ten questions, the test, which is simple and fast, analyzes campaign production speed, website experience, media planning, campaign flow, segmentation, analytics, reporting and integration to assess the quality of digital processes and point areas that need improvement.

"There is a lot of talk about digital transformation and the need for organizations to adapt to this new scenario, but understanding the quality of your company's digital experiences and exactly what points to focus on is a complex task. That's why we launched the Digital Health Check, with with the aim of presenting participants with an overview of the companies' digital marketing performance and how they can improve it", says Ellen Pilia, Head of Marketing Brazil at Adobe. "Currently, a good consumer experience is indispensable and that goes through digital transformation. It's not a choice, it's a necessity."
