For 31 years we have been pleasantly carrying out in our company, ASPR, broad and some in-depth assessment, regarding the results and achievements achieved throughout each year, considering all the planning carried out, in the fields: strategic, tactical, operational and investment. This is fundamental!

The year 2023 of Team ASPR was marked by relevant actions and executions, including the decision to implement new systemic solutions, as urgent responses to the Management and Governance demands of its business and its customers, imposed by the “merciless” changes and transformations, especially digital.

To this end, the essential thing is to execute the planning for the subsequent year and to pursue the Organization's Purpose and Mission in a disciplined and tireless manner, all very much in line with the Principles, Vision and Values.

All of this can only be thought of and executed on a regular and permanent basis, if the entire Organization Team is in fine tune. From this and only from this, the possibility of the much-desired practice of synergies is born, in all its breadth and plenitude.

People at the Center – individually and as a true Team

People in Organizations increasingly require Digital Literacy (including data literacy), skills with regularly improved soft skills, knowledge and practices of the concept of Society 5.0, know and act with the role of Digital Government, know the Fundamentals of Digital Business and the Digital Economy. This is what the Reality of the world VUCA imposes on us and without this it is practically impossible for the Organization to obtain financial support, sustainability and long-awaited perpetuity.

But what should we consider and write that will effectively contribute to the Organization’s planning for 2024?  

To my delight, I was marked in recent article by Prof. Dr. Gustavo Donato, Dean of FEI, published in HSM Magazine with the title above this newsletter, which I thank and ask permission to use. It is an effective contribution, and we must make use of it!
