Center specializes in customer relationship management
 
Deloitte, one of the largest consulting and auditing organizations in the world, opens the Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence in Brazil. Located at Deloitte's headquarters in São Paulo, it brings together professionals to serve the customer relationship management (CRM) tool, which aims to provide deeper analysis and insights into sales and the metrics associated with this process.
 
The Center of Excellence is connected to Deloitte's global studios in the area of digital solutions around the world, which guarantees a new experience for customers, being possible to make more interactive demonstrations with the platform. In addition, new consulting services that meet specific needs can be created, with increasingly customized solutions. “Our idea is to bring together, in the same environment, a team of professionals with complementary specializations to provide personalized offers to the reality of each company, providing a complete view to customers”, says Alexandre Arello, director of the Consulting area at Deloitte and specialist on the Salesforce platform.
 
 “The partnership with Deloitte in Brazil reinforces what we already do globally and the launch of the Center is in line with our arrival in the country. Our objective is to provide a platform that unites people and technology to win and retain customers”, comments Frank. van Veendenaal, executive vice chairman of salesforce.com.
 
With a presence in 23 countries, Salesforce opened its first Latin American office in São Paulo in April this year. Currently, the company has a portfolio of more than 1,600 customers in the country. Deloitte has almost 1,500 professionals who are dedicated to the practice of the platform around the world and has been a Global System Integrator in Brazil since 2012.
 
In addition to the platform, Deloitte, in partnership with Salesforce, also offers a series of application-based services available for smartphones and tablets, which can help customers in the CRM area by providing more mobility. Among the highlights is Pocketsales, an app that helps in contacting customers, planning how and when these contacts should be made, in addition to offering access to reports in real time and in offline mode. You can even view and update sales entries, steps, amounts, probability, and other custom information on the go. There is also the Pocketsales Lite version, with fewer features, but available for free.
